These are my Treasures for the past week.
- Cotton candy clouds at sunset
- Raven's Coming Out Day (or birthday, as we celebrate it; we're not sure exactly when Raven was born and he says he can't remember that long ago; he was only a baby at the time!)
- A phone call from Bari on the occasion of Raven's 2-year birthday, and 1st anniversary of his Coming Out and Joining the Family Day. We love you Raven.
- Nice notes from friends on the Colecoons list all sending Raven best wishes.
- Some wonderful closeup photos of Bebop and Squirrel that turned out very well I think!
- Nearly nightly "chats" with my Dad over AOL IM.
- Pretty weather, with plenty of light by 6:30. I wake up naturally about 6:30 without need for the alarm.
- Realizing how thankful I am for our automatic clothes washer, out automatic clothes drier, and our automatic dishwasher! Thinking abut how different things were 30 or 50 or 100 years ago…
- Bebop melted into Rich's lap
- Raven hopping into bed for a snuggle in the middle of the night
- Squirrel beside me in bed in the middle of the night, cuddled close, head on the pillow. I gently pet him and his paw curls around my hand, drawing it closer into a hug.
