Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words,
These are my Treasures for the past week.
- A golden field of California poppies along the roadside
- I petted a horse (such a nice big brown horse with big brown eyes and pointy ears). His horse trailer was parked in the parking lot behind our favorite diner Saturday after breakfast. I walked over to say hi and he looked out at me so I let him snoof my fingers and then I scritched his nose a bit.
- A nap in the afternoon after work.
- A cute quote: The [Scion] xB, a wheeled piece of IKEA furniture…
- More peaches 🙂 It's August. Eat as many peaches as possible before they're gone!
- TGIF
- A satisfying trip to the bookstore; so many books, so little time.
- Sandra Boynton board books, hippoes, doggies, and more.
- Settling in for a good read before bed, cats all around. Squirrel wrapped his paws around my arm.
