Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words,
I hope you'll consider starting your own list of Treasures. These are my Treasures for the past week.
- Orange dawn sunbeams slanting between two banks of clouds.
- A fungus amongus! A most handsome and plump bracket fungus growing off the base of a eucalyptus tree behind the Company. It's yellow with orange highlights (more orange after the recent rain).
- The full moon rising about 6pm
- Getting my weblogs back online and editable after a software snafu and tussle with the upgrade gremlins!
- A Lunar Eclipse (and no clouds to speak of)
- A "firewire" branded car (a yellow sportscar with the Firewire logo on the hood and trunk. (Firewire is a computer peripherals communication standard for disk, cameras, iPods, etc. See below for logo.)
- A jack-o-lantern moon
- Bebop on my lap, upside down, paws turned over, soooo cute
- Kitties with paws wrapped over noses
- Being able to walk through the house, seeing kitties draped in various states of repose; I reach out and touch one as I go by.
- This weeks' Stone Soup strip – Val invited Alice, Rose, Elly, and "Jeremy's Mom" to Book Club!
