We do not know the true value of our moments until they have undergone the test of memory.
— Georges Duhamel
Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words.
These are my Treasures for the past week.
- "Sushi" USB storage devices (I am not making this up 🙂
- Creative, silly, elaborate, and exceedingly inventive April fools jokes 🙂
- nuzzling my kitties (not to mention the word "nuzzle" itself)
- It looks like Rich will have (at least a short-term) contract starting r.s.n.
- More tulips, pink and white, around a restaurant we like
- More rain (naps to the sound of rain are nice) and THUNDER later in the evening! We don't get many thunderstorms; we savor each one.
- Spring Ahead Day! More Light!
- Painted Lady butterflies fluttering pas our house on their way north
- Crunch! crunch! tug! Watching (and listening to) a stalk of a palm-like bush being munched by an underground varmint as he pulled it into his hole for lunch!
- a hillside painted in magenta ice plant
- a Chrysler Prowler (automobile) in the parking lot behind Joe's. The one we saw was black. Interesting car!
