Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words.
These are my Treasures for the past week.
- Mezzaluna coming to sit on my lap for an extended cuddle and petting session.
- Tapioca pudding!
- The scrub jay at the feeder, taking kernels of corn away.
- Aerial acrobatics! Two hummingbirds zipping through the garden, chasing each other around and around.
- Watching a blackbird walkhop along the sidewalk boink boink walkwalkwalk hop
- Reading in bed, surrounded by snoozing lumps of fur
- Two tree squirrels at the feeder (and our Squirrel very interested!)
- A man with floppy fake-fur dog ears attached to his motorcycle helmet!
