Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words.
These are my Treasures for the past week.
- Two mule deer near the walking trail
- Bright orange California poppies, soaking up sunshine
- Electric door locks (especially when I'm hurrying to the car in the rain!)
- Coming home to my warm, sleepy kitties on a chilly wet day
- Waking from my nap, starting to get up… then Squirrel arrived and snuggled in and we went back to sleep for a bit.
- Meeting a Pomeranian – a cute, friendly doggy nestled in her hooman's shirt
- Falling asleep listening to the rain
- Bagels & lox
- A phone screen for a possible job
