Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words.
These are my Treasures for the past week.
- My very best friend, Richard.
- A great lunch – a BLT on whole grain oat bread. The bread was perfect. The bacon was crispy. The company was good.
- Bebop, shining golden in a sunbeam
- 1 Republika Pilipinas Piso in my change. It cost me one US quarter.
- our front door lock, recently lubricated; the key turns so smoothly now
- a good nap, surrounded by purring fur
