These are my Treasures for the past fortnight.

• Rich, home from a long-weekend out-of-town trip.

• Toffee Banana

• Long John Silvers Seafood Shoppe – now just a few miles from my house!

• Positive feedback from some co-workers whose opinions I respect.

• A woman carrying a brand new box of "sidewalk chalk." onto BART.

• My feline throw pillow

• Soft kitty paws patpatting my toes beneath the blankets

• A young boy, 9 or 10 yrs old, with "hair tattoos" – his head was partially shaved w/ geometric patterns and swirls shaved into the fuzz. Impressive.

• A lizard at the train station in the afternoon. I had 15 minutes to stand and watch him.

• At the traffic light – northbound, a silver 2008 Scion xB,. Southbound, a 2007 xB, also silver.

• An aqua Corbin Sparrow, passing me as I waited to cross the street on the way to work.

• A Ladybug on the window

• A woman with a real (full sized) wood and paper parasol – just like the kind in a drink. 🙂

• A splendiferous orange sunset, with wisps of pink to the south. Wow.

• A cooling breeze

Treasures are positive things that strike my fancy, that make me feel happy or thankful or interested. Treasures are memories encapsulated in just a few words.
