Rain! Rainrainrainrain. Much rain today.

Rain through the night. Raining when I woke up at 7. I went back to sleep and it was raining in my dream! I woke up again at 8 to pouring rain. I figured I'd just get up at that point.

The rain slowed down by 9. I went to the grocery store for bagels and lox. Lots of bits and pieces in the street — pine needles, eucalyptus bark. Only one branch down on the route I took.

When I got home, the microwaves were blinking. Rich said we'd had a couple of power blips. Power went out again just as I put the bagels in the toaster oven. Oops. (It could have been worse. They could have been half toasted, slowly drying!)

This was a longer outage, over 30 minutes. Breakfast postponed.But there was light to read by.
No more outages during the day. More rain. A large cloud came by at street level so we had Fog. Lots of fog. And rain. Lots of rain.

We didn't have a very wet Wet season this year. Spring is making up for it.
