THIS is why we have Daylight Shifting Time.
 
Few people appreciate sunrise at 5am. (Fewer still would appreciate sunrise at 4am).
But sunset at 9pm is Glorious! (And subjectively, more than a simple "hour" better than sunset at 8pm.)
